It was GORGEOUS today! I love these kinds of days! We went to visit my sister down at school and I got some GOOD pictures out of the day! Hannah had a great time with Aunty Becca!

Rocker Chic...

Hannah has some pretty fun hair and althought it's slightly hard to tell in these picture for some reason yesterday it was really wild but kind of funky. I went down to get her up from her nap (the reason for the still slightly dazed look on her face) and her hair was all curly and crazy and reminded me of some crazy rocker hair. Adam would have been proud if he could have seen it. (They have very similar curly crazy hair!)

This look conveys the exact amount of tiredness I've felt for the last couple weeks. (Her and I both!) Turns out Hannah has four teeth coming in all at once...and the teething tablets are doing natch for easing the pain....a little bit of IBuprofen and we're a little less cranky...so the second nap is only sort of disappearing. THANK GOODNESS!

That's the NW for ya!

Only here in the NW can it be gorgeous, slightly warm and sunny one day so you could visit the park and get your hopes up...and then the next be disgusting and blustery with wind blowing the nasty rain sideways with hail every few minutes and then add snow for good measure only to turn around and have it be gorgeous with blue sky again...and then turn back into a horrible storm and off and on like that throughout the day! But at least it gives me hope that actual spring is on it's way! I need it let me tell you! (spring that is)

Ahh life...

So Hannah is hilarious. I'm in love with her! This age is hilarious and fun and I am having a blast with her. However, recently there's been several things that are throwing her off in many ways combined with that she's at that age where one nap is inevitably happening but is really not enough to get her thought. So I decided the other day to help this along.
Hannah normally sleeps really well and straight thru the night. But lately she's been waking up at odd hours and for a couple weeks after Adam started working long hours again and she wasn't seeing him at all during the day she'd start waking up when he got up in the morning and staying up. So in short we're slowly working on getting her caught up on sleep and back into a better routine because the last two weeks her normally sunny personality has been at times overshadowed by the fact that she's a total grumpus and a lil Miss Whiny....which no one likes.
She repeats pretty much anything she hears you say. She does really good at signing things to me and picks up on new words quickly. She has SUCH a sense of humor! Her new thing right now (since she gets to see everyone leaving for work each morning) is to grab my keys and a bag and say "Buh Bye my mama!" Then she comes up to you with her lips puckered ready for her "going off to work" kiss. It's pretty darn cute.
I can't WAIT for the weather to get consistently nicer because I think she would live outdoors if she thought she could get away with it! When it's time to come in from anywhere it's nooo thank you! So this spring and summer should be really fun with her. :) I am really having such a good time with her right now. Despite the melty last couple weeks she's still a hoot to be around and gives you the nicest loves!! Oh it melts my heart when she throws her arms around me and snuggles and says "My mama..."
